When somebody joins TOSOW. They all have the same rights. The right to get promoted. If you are not promoted, ask the leader why the reason is, if someone plays and posts more then you, they will get promoted sooner then you. So please ask the leader for any questions or concerns.
Valuable Member
Basically, you are a member of TOSOW. You have to prove to everyone that you can be a higher rank and deserve better.
Promotions to Lieutenant are based on Posting in Forums. Or Being Active. Or Both.
Lieutenant
Starting to show TOSOW you are TOSOW Material. Friendly and Family. You still have no priority in TOSOW. For Now. Just showing that you are no longer a just a member and have respected the TOSOW Rules.
Promotions to Captain. Must be active and post.
If skill is strong, even better. Friendship over Skill though, meaning if you are very friendly and have no skill. You can still be promoted, but you have to be active and post. If you have skill, but you are not friendly or don't follow or respect, prepare to be here for a long time.
Your powers you can recruit, with the authority of a stronger member, meaning you can let him in the clan, but if a general or higher decides he has to be out, he will be out. Once you hit captain, any person you recruit you are responsible for his or her actions, meaning if he dis-respects the clan. You can be on prohibition or un-promoted, and the member will be kicked out.
Promotion to Pro, active, some skill, friendly, and generals approval of being a captain.
Pro
Showed that you are an active poster on the TOSOW Forums.
Showed that you are very friendly with everyone and TOSOW.
Showed that you have some skill to the extent.
Have shown great work into TOSOW. Meaning you have done some or a lot for TOSOW.
You are now acceptable to access TOSOW expert section, were pros and more talk here.
You can recruit, again any person you recruit you are responsible for his or her actions. But that person is still kick able.
Promotion to Superior is based on all of the above, plus done something Great for TOSOW.
Superior
Shown that you have been in TOSOW over a year and a half.
You post at least 5 times a week. Not the minimum 3.
Strong Skill. Strong Friendship.
Your powers you can access TOSOW experts.
Recruit without asking any general. You can just recruit them yourself.
You have the right to ask something to get changed around the clan or Forums.
Brigade General
Made what TOSOW is now.
Been in TOSOW for almost 2 years.
These people are the most people that contribute most to the clan.
Very Active. Very Strong. Very Good Poster.
Your powers are you can Access TOSOW Staff Chat.
You can promote, just ask the leader.
You can boot.
You can do mostly anything accepted in TOSOW, other than having Admin powers to the forums.
Major General
Basically the same as General, except has been over 2 years and a half.
Lieutenant General
All of the above ^^
She can kick.
She can modify posts.
She can own you.
And you can't talk back or ur un-promoted.
Leader
The One Supreme Being. The ruler of TOSOW.
The 3rd TOSOW Leader.
Needs to be in TOSOW for more then 3 years and a half.
Powers.
Admin of Forums.
Promote. Kick. Ban. Make Rules. Delete Rules.
